Oscar was truly helpful, along with the service center technicians. My car was ready, but unfortunately, it overheated shortly after I picked it up. I returned to Kia, and Oscar immediately made sure I was taken care of. He even put me back in a loaner due to the inconvenience, which I really appreciated.
